Beyond Boundaries–YDF’s Role During the COVID-19 Crisis

While the Yog Dhyan Foundation (YDF) is deeply rooted in its mission to transform the lives of children and adolescents living with Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus (T1DM), our caommitment to serving humanity has never been limited by scope. When the nation called during the COVID-19 pandemic, YDF stood by, responding with compassion, urgency, and impactful action through three key campaigns:

C.U.R.E. (Care Uplift Recover Empower)

Even amidst the pandemic, our core mission never paused. Under Project C.U.R.E (Care, Uplift, Recover, Empower), YDF continued to serve children living with T1DM, ensuring their insulin, glucose monitoring, education, and psychosocial support remained uninterrupted. Our belief: Until there is a cure, we must C.U.R.E.

Campaign Poshan

During the nationwide lockdown, thousands of families were pushed into food insecurity. Through POSHAN, YDF directly transferred funds to families in financial distress, ensuring they could procure groceries and daily essentials with dignity and without delay.

Campaign Breath

Amid the devastating oxygen shortage during the peak of the pandemic, YDF launched SWAS, providing free oxygen concentrators to COVID-19 patients across Delhi/NCR. In a time of breathlessness, we helped bring hope and air back into homes

YDF is driven by a singular mission: to champion the lives of children with T1DM. Yet, when a national emergency arises, we rise beyond our boundaries to stand with our people. Whether it's a medical crisis or a humanitarian need — our spirit of service remains constant. Because true care knows no limits.
